Our service is a three stage process; Analysis, Research & Strategy and Implementation.
Analysis
Working closely with you, we'll look at the current situation to understand the elements of the business, your product portfolio, what your success factors have been to date and your competitive environment. This allows you to take an objective look at how you market your business through a fresh set of eyes. A concise initial report is produced and presented analysing your product in its market and comparing it with competitors and alternatives, before offering a range of recommendations and options for further action. This defines the research required for stage two.
Research and Strategy
The second stage looks at the potential for your product across all available markets. How it can be improved for existing markets, where new markets might exist and what adaptation might be required to effect success. Covering all that is necessary to generate a detailed feasibility study, we'll examine all options, which might take the form of product awareness studies, generic/specific buyer behaviour, customer insight or review of supply chain and distribution channels. In addition, advice will be given on target markets, channels and distribution infrastructure, practical modes of market entry and all other strategic issues likely to affect your plan. A detailed report is produced and presented including a forward action plan complete with indications of cost and a timetable of events for implementation.
Implementation
This commences our long-term association and takes the strategic plan from the boardroom, through the organisation, to the market. After initial intense TNSSS involvement, ownership of the plan will rapidly pass to your team and our participation will decrease to a mentoring role as your retained professional advisor.
